At Yonex, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm PST, we aim to fulfill them within 1–3 business days. If you opt for expedited shipping and place your order before 2 pm, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or over the weekend will be processed with standard shipping within 1–3 business days, and expedited orders will be fulfilled the next business day.

Regarding delivery times, we offer two shipping options to cater to different needs. Standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 and 7 days depending on your location, while express shipping delivers within 2 days.

Shipping costs vary based on the type of service you select. Standard ground shipping is priced at $8 for orders under $99 USD. However, if your order exceeds $99 USD, standard ground shipping is free. Express shipping costs $20 for all orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

When it comes to delivery addresses, there are some restrictions. For example, we cannot ship to U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, shipping options may differ depending on the carrier’s service areas, so you can confirm delivery availability for your specific address during checkout.

If you need to cancel your order, please note that once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to system limitations. However, if you change your mind about the size, color, or style, you are welcome to return the product within 30 days, provided it is unworn and unstrung. To initiate a return, you can either start the return process online or contact customer support.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email with shipping details, including a tracking number. If you have a Yonex account, you can check the status of your order anytime by logging in. If you are unable to locate your tracking number or need assistance, customer support is available to help via email at yonexoutlet@outlook.com or by phone at (154) 751-9456.

For returns, Yonex accepts products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition, including packaging and tags. The return policy applies to apparel, footwear, and racquets, with specific guidelines for each product type. For example, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags, while footwear must be in the original shoe box and unworn.

To return an item purchased from Yonex’s website, you can log into your account to start the process. If you purchased through an authorized Yonex USA dealer, you will need to contact them directly for return assistance. All returns are subject to an $8 return shipping fee, and it may take 10–15 business days to process and refund your return.

At this time, Yonex does not offer exchanges. If you made a purchase at a store, you should refer to the store’s return policy for assistance. Returns are only accepted for products bought directly from Yonex’s official website.
